Record Store Day Drops 2020
Record Store Day is going to look very different around the world this year, but we aim to make it the best one we can under the current circumstances. Instead of one single Record Store Day, there are going to be three Record Store Day Drops -- August 29, September 26 & October 24 -- each with a different selection of limited edition releases available only at indie record stores.
Our physical stores remain closed due to the pandemic and so, for the first time ever, we have been given permission to sell Record Store Day titles on Amoeba.com on the day they are released! Record Store Day titles will be available online starting at 10am PT on each of the Drop days. We won't be able to carry every title on the lists this year due to the extremely limited nature of the releases. As always with these limited edition titles, there are no pre-orders allowed and there is a limit of 1 copy per title per person.
Please note: Due to local government restrictions currently in place to help limit the spread of COVID-19, we are temporarily unable to ship international orders.
After the past few months of being apart from all of our customers and staff who make Record Store Day such an amazing event every year, it feels great to know we will still be able to get these releases into your hands. Let's celebrate our shared culture and the unique place that record stores occupy both in their local communities and the world!
