Record Store Day is an annual global celebration of independently owned record stores, our unique culture, and the important role record stores play in our local communities. Visit any Amoeba store on Saturday, April 18, 2026 for hundreds of limited edition releases available only at indie record stores, as well as store sales and giveaways!
 

Please note: Amoeba Berkeley does not use the menu system and will put RSD releases on the sales floor.

Sean Solomon created the art for Amoeba Hollywood's 2026 limited-edition RSD t-shirt! The singer/songwriter and illustrator/animator is about to release his debut solo album, The World Is Not Good Enough (out 4/17 via ANTI-) and we’re honored to have him help us celebrate RSD with his amazing artwork!

STORE HOURS

Amoeba San Francisco will be open 9AM – 7PM on Saturday, April 18th.
The trade counter will be open 11AM – 7PM.

RECORD STORE DAY TITLES

The Record Store Day menu process will start a little before 8AM. Customers will line up for RSD titles in front of the store to the right of our front door, down Haight Street towards Stanyan. Please bring a pen for filling out your RSD menu.

DJ SETS

THE 45 SESSIONS is the West Coast’s premiere all 7″ vinyl DJ crew! THE 45 SESSIONS was started by DJ Platurn of the Oakland Faders in February of 2010. Having traveled all over, worked with Red Bull, Amoeba Music, Puma, and many more, the Sessions has proven to be much larger than its 7″ circumference. Little records, big sound — all 45s, all night! Come see what the hype is all about.

DJ FLOW (Chris Santos) is a Bay Area DJ and vinyl collector known

for his deep crates and timeless selections that bridge jazz, soul, hip-hop, and global grooves. A member of the Mac Agency roster alongside DJ Pee Wee (Anderson .Paak) and The Beat Junkies, and part of the renowned 45 Sessions crew, FLOW’s sets reflect over two decades of digging and performing around the world. Delgado

Delgado was born and raised in Oakland, California, andhad his first gig in 1991. He moved to Los Angeles in 1994, and began working at radio station KSPC, where he hosted the most listened-to Reggae show in Los Angeles for five years, still keeping on top of Hip Hop by hosting a well known weekly open mic night.

The Mighty Delrokz
The Mighty Delrokz blends raw beats, deep knowledge, and community energy into everything he touches. Known for being a DJ rooted in hip-hop's foundational spirit he blends deep musical knowledge with grassroots community work. As an organizer and educator, Delrokz uses hip-hop to uplift, educate, and build lasting connections—on stage, in the studio, and in the streets. He is owner of The Stacks Record Shop in Hayward and a member of the 45 Sessions Crew, a world renowned collective of 7" centric Norcal DJs.

Platurn B2B E Da Boss

A 26 year veteran of the music industry, Platurn has traveled the world many times over bringing quality music to multiple corners of the globe. With a client list that includes Red Bull, Toyota, Adidas, Pixar, Monster Cable, MTV, and the Golden State Warriors to name a few, he’s built a reputation as a music man with vision plus a deep sense of community, and in turn preserving crucial aspects of DJ and music culture. Founder of the Oakland Faders and The 45 Sessions, he has solidified himself as a force to be reckoned with in the ever changing entertainment industry landscape. www.djplaturn.com

 

DJ E Da Boss has been in the game since 1983, when as a youngster in Newark, NJ, he tried to emulate local hero DJ Cheese on a Realistic mixer with no crossfader. A few years later, a friend introduced him to legendary DJ and producer Mark the 45 King, whose mixtapes inspired E to get into digging for old records and breakbeats. From there, E worked on expanding his record collection and his DJ skills.
