With enthusiasm but a total lack of business chops, label boss Roger Shepherd managed to create enduring art from bands such as The Clean, The Chills, Tall Dwarfs, and many more...the section on how The Fall's live album "Fall In A Hole" nearly bankrupted the label is classic!
