Andre 3000's composition "Moving Day" was featured in a short film by the same name about the making of his previous album of flute music, the Grammy Award-nominated "New Blue Sun." Moving Day is also the title of his new three track album which includes that piece. The title track is a gently stirring collection of cosmic, ambient sounds including flute, chimes, and various types of percussion. "Day Moving" is downright otherworldly, pulsing with light electronic elements as if a UFO were hovering just above the listener. This is fascinating music from a multi-talented artist.
