He'd be rendered to Guantanamo, and his 14 years in detention without charge-as well as the jousts over his fate between defense counsel Nancy Hollander (Jodie Foster) and military prosecutor Stuart Couch (Benedict Cumberbatch)-are memorably limned in this take on Salahi's memoir "Guantanamo Diary."
