With producer Thomas Brenneck at the helm (Menahan Street Band, Budos Band, Dap-Kings), Lewis' shimmering exotica and impressive whistling skills sound at their moody, magical best. On the Lips is gorgeous, ridiculously cool, and totally compelling.
