Moments Before The Wind [Puffin Island Color Vinyl] (LP)
Free Throw
Amoeba Review
Free Throw hits the spot for fans of melodic emo-punk. Moments Before The Wind is their latest, a record that's introspective and cathartic, catchy and emotionally affecting. The band wrote this one based around the concept of liminality: being between two places, both in a physical sense, as well as within your mind. The thematic elements are the beating heart of the album while the driving guitars, intense emotion, and pop sensibilities push the whole thing forward. If you dig classic emo and pop-punk, you'll dig this.
