Dream Nails (LP)
Dream Nails

Amoeba Review
UK band Dream Nails are a blast of pop-punk with clever lyrics about feminist, social, and political issues. There's a fierce joy present in tracks like "This Is The Summer" combining sincerity with humor in singer Janey Starling's baby voice. "Corporate Realness" slams office politics and capitalism; "Text Me Back (Chirpse Degree Burns)" may be a funny ditty about ghosting that's reminiscent of CSS, but "Kiss My Fist" is a powerful and catchy rally cry for gay rights, referencing a homophobic attack on two women in London last year. The repeated line "You fear us more than we fear you" is the perfect outro.
