Amoeba Review

As experimental as it is, Dijon's Baby immediately feels like home. This is the sound of an exceptional R&B artist finding inspiration across genres, playing with his sonic palette, to create something that's recognizably in the vein of old school soul and rhythm and blues while veering off in exciting directions. These reverb-laden soul-meets-pop-meets-glitchy-electronics tracks are also ultra vulnerable, as Dijon describes his challenging, daunting, and delightful experiences as a new father. Nobody's doing it like Dijon.
