Crackdown: Big City Blues [1991] (BLU)
Paul DeSilva
Synopsis
Starring Rhonda Ross Kendrick (daughter of Diana Ross and legendary music producer Berry Gordy, Protector of the Gods, The Last Dragon, Another World), fashion model Jim Hill and Stu "Large" Riley (Gotham, The Blacklist, Shaft), Crackdown Big City Blues illustrates the anguish, brutality and violence associated with drug dealers in a community which wants to protect its citizens from the addiction epidemic.
Inspired by their own neighborhood's struggle in battling the plague of addiction, Crackdown was written and produced by Paul DeSilva and Frazier Prince, a retired 20 year veteran narcotics detective with the NYPD who served as the key liaison and technical advisor to Fox's Americas Most Wanted for more than ten years.
