Based on a true story, the film co-stars Seth Rogen (Knocked Up) as Gordon-Levitt's on-screen best friend as well as Bryce Dallas Howard (Terminator Salvation), Anna Kendrick (Up in the Air), Philip Baker Hall (Magnolia), and Anjelica Huston (The Darjeeling Limited).
