This week's vinyl reissues include anniversaries from Spoon, Rush, and Rancid, as well as two albums by Earl Sweatshirt appearing on vinyl for the first time. Here are the reissue highlights for December 11, 2015.

Abattoir Blues/The Lyre of Orpheus Vinyl Reissue

Nick Cave - Abattoir Blues & Nocturama LPs

Nick Cave's 2003 release Nocturama and the 2004 double album Abattoir Blues/The Lyre of Orpheus are both now available on 180 gram vinyl. The vinyl transfer of Abattoir was overseen by Mick Harvey and cut at Abbey Road.
Gary Numan Pleasure Principle reissue Gary Numan - The Pleasure Principle, Replicas & Telekon LPs

Three classic Gary Numan LPs--The Pleasure Principle (1979), Replicas (1979) & Telekon (1980)--are being reissued on vinyl. Engineer John Dent from Loud Mastering cut the vinyl from high-resolution digital files at his studio in England.

Rush A Show of Hands vinyl

Rush - A Show of Hands LP

In honor of Rush's 40th anniversary, the band has been reissuing their discography in chronological order. This month's release is their third live album, A Show of Hands. Remastered at Abbey Road from all original analog masters, the LP will be available on 200 gram vinyl, complete with a digital download card.
Spoon Gimme Fiction

Spoon - Gimme Fiction LP

In honor of Gimme Fiction's 10th anniversary, Spoon is reissuing the album as a double-LP and double-CD. The new version features remastered tracks, previously-unreleased demos, and bonus tracks, plus a book with photos and an oral history of the album.
Frank Zappa Frank Zappa - Sheik Yerbouti LP

Zappa's 1979 double album Sheik Yerbouti has been remastered from the original analog masters and reissued onto 180 gram vinyl. With over two million copies sold, this is one of Zappa's biggest records.
Rancid And Out Come the Wolves reissue Rancid - ...And Out Come the Wolves LP
[180gm vinyl]

Twenty years ago Rancid released ...And Out Come the Wolves. Now it's out as a limited edition deluxe reissue on 180 gram vinyl. The album features two bonus tracks, "Blast ‘Em” and “That’s Entertainment.”
Earl Sweatshirt I Don't Like Shit vinyl Earl Sweatshirt - Doris & I Don’t Like Shit, I Don't Go Outside LPs

Earl Sweatshirt's first two albums, Doris and I Don’t Like Shit, are now available on vinyl. The new LP versions feature alternate artwork from the original CD releases.

The Pharcyde Labcabincalifornia The Pharcyde - Labcabincalifornia LP

Originally released in 1995 and featuring production from Jay Dilla, The Pharcyde's Labcabincalifornia is getting reissued as a double gatefold LP on limited edition gold vinyl.
Patrick Cowley Muscle Up Patrick Cowley - Muscle Up LP

Honey Soundsystem, the Dark Entries label imprint, releases another selection of Patrick Cowley's atmospheric, proto-disco soundtracks from late '70s gay porn. This time it's Muscle Up, a remastered compilation presented as a double LP.
