Regulo Caro - Biography
Regulo Caro is an alternative singer and songwriter of regional Mexican music. Caro started making music at age thirteen and started performing at local events and family gatherings when he was sixteen. After his cousin, the vocalist Gerardo Ortiz, recorded some of Caro's songs and played them for executives, the label signed him.
Caro's 2011 debut album Musica Polvora y Sangre appeared to critical acclaim and chart success. His next release, 2012's Amor en Tiempos de Guerra won him even more radio airplay. A year later, his next album, Especialista, followed. His most recent album, Senzu-Rah, a fusion of norteño, reggae, banda and metal, appeared in 2014.
