Patrick Carney

In 2001, drummer Patrick Carney founded the Black Keys with his longtime friend, guitarist and frontman Dan Auerbach.The pair released their debut album, The Big Come Up, just under a year later. 2003's Thickfreakness was the band's first album for Fat Possum and in 2004 the band's followup, Rubber Factory, marked their first entry into the Billboard 200.
