Join us from 2pm to 5pm on Saturday, October 26th for the Roots & Rhythm Series with DJ Harry Duncan. Joining Duncan will be Scott Bomar, Grammy-nominated producer, engineer, songwriter, bass player, and leader of the all-star Memphis soul band The Bo-Keys. There will also be some great giveaways including Bo-Keys t-shirts, albums, limited edition single giveaways, plus tickets to see Gov't Mule, Black Crowes/Tedeschi-Trucks Band, Cameo, Maceo Parker, Jason Moran with Randy Weston and Billy Harper, Poncho Sanchez, and Landmark Theatre passes too.

As the bass player and leader of the all-star Bo-Keys, Scott Bomar produced their acclaimed album, Got To Get Back, featuring the vocals of Otis Clay and Percy Wiggins at his Electrophonic Studios in Memphis. A Grammy-nominated producer, Scott’s recent projects at Electrophonic include Cyndi Lauper’s Memphis Blues album plus work with DJ Shadow, Nikki Hill, and Fat Possum Records. Scott’s songwriting, composing, and scoring credits include the Oscar-winning film Hustle and Flow, Samuel L. Jackson’s Black Snake Moan, and Soul Men. Two new Bo-Keys singles, "I Need More Than One Lifetime" and "Dark End of The Street" (featuring the vocals of Percy and Spencer Wiggins), are set for November release.
