Dave Smallen is a singer/songwriter from Oakland. After a release with Capitol Records and a couple years of national tours with his former band, Street to Nowhere, Smallen made the decision to start from scratch and recorded an album under his own name. Everything Changes and Nothing Changes was released as a series of singles over the course of 2009, and is now out as a full-length CD!
