Finland’s Hanoi Rocks is a textbook case for the cold-hearted inconstancy of rock music stardom. They were led by a singer who combined the best features of Mick Jagger with those of David Lee Roth and a guitarist who looked like Keith Richards dressed as a gypsy. The rest of the band was a handsome collection of dandies, as well.
