Guest Auctioneer Don Barris returns for his 2nd Amoeba Charity Auction. We'll  have a crazy array of items you never knew you had to have, along with one-of-a-kind gift items and collectibles!

Don Barris is the co-creator, co-writer, co-producer and star of the cult classic film, Windy City Heat.  You'll recognize him best as the audience warm-up for ABC's, Jimmy Kimmel Live.

All proceeds will benefit  Five Acres for the Holidays. And as always, Amoeba will match your individual donation up to $1000.

Don Barris co-created, co-wrote, co-produced and starred in the cult classic film, "Windy City Heat".  He is also the creator, producer, and star of the upcoming documentary film, "The Ding-Dong Show."  You'll recoginize him best as the audience warm-up for ABC's Jimmy Kimmel Live!, closing stand-up comedy act nightly at Hollywood's World Famous "Comedy Store", and the lead singer of "The Barris/Kennedy + Overdrive."

About our Charity Auctions:

In early September 2005 , Amoeba Music started AMOEBA AUCTIONS, an on-going weekly auction to help raise money for the Gulf Coast Relief Efforts. Every first Saturday of the month, our Hollywood store auctions items which include memorabilia, collectables, promotional items, concert tickets, plus much, much more. To help increase funds, Amoeba is matching all individual donations and accepted bids up to $1,000.

Auctions have included everything from Slayer promotional underwear and Michael Jackson puffy stickers (with winning bids of $5 - $20) to Brian Wilson box seats for 4 at the Hollywood Bowl which went for $550 and a pair of tickets to the sold-out Supergrass show for $200. And with Amoeba matching all the bids, each items brings in double the money!
