Nothing Amoeba Green Room Session

Nothing performed an intimate, stripped down set in the Amoeba Hollywood green room on February 24, 2017. In this latest entry in our Green Room Sessions series, the Philadelphia-based indie quartet played four hazy, dreamy songs, including a truly excellent PJ Harvey cover. If you're thinking about catching the band on their upcoming US summer tour, you'll definitely want to check out video of this very special performance.

Nothing Tired of TomorrowThe band set the tone with the gorgeous, slowcore track "The Rites of Love and Death" from 2012's Downward Years to Come LP. Next up are two shoegaze standouts from last year's Tired of Tomorrow album: "The Dead are Dumb" and "Fever Queen." Nothing finish their set with a haunting, astonishing version of PJ Harvey's "The Desperate Kingdom of Love" from Uh Huh Her. It's a hypnotic, achingly lovely performance from a band that continues to impress.
