San Francisco's California Academy of Sciences continues to reinvent Thursday nights as their NightLife summer music series returns. Inspired by science and powered by sound, the Academy transforms itself into an oasis of music and art one night a month for NightLife LIVE 2016.

On Thursday, May 19th, catch a live performance by Chrome Sparks, Jeremy Malvin's synth-heavy dance project, and the opening set of funk and soul-influenced dance tracks from Planet Booty. Additional grooves provided by DJs Dials and King Most.

In between sets, sip on NightLife’s signature beer—Magnolia Aliciella Bitter—brewed using plant types found on the museum’s Living Roof. As you take in cutting-edge exhibits and 38,000 live animals in the world’s greenest museum, you can browse local vendors too. Come visit us at the Amoeba Music pop-up shop! We'll be bringing loads of quality used vinyl so prepare to go crate digging.
