Amoeba Berkeley Celebrates the 9th Berkeley World Music Festival Today with Fely Tchaco In-Store Concert

Fely Tchaco who will peform at Amoeba Berkeley today at 6pm as part of the
all day, free Berkeley World Music Festival

Over at Amoeba Berkeley today is the big day where the ever-popular annual free Berkeley World Music Festival celebrates its ninth year with the Telegraph Amoeba store an integral part of the celebrations with a 6pm in-store performance from Ivory Coast-transplant vocalist Fely Tchaco (see video of the artist above). But the festivities begin six hours earlier at noon today (Saturday, June 2nd) with world music festivities and performances along Telegraph Ave. and in Peoples Park (behind Amoeba) where the main stage is set up and performers will include headliners Maria Muldaur and her New Orleans styled Bluesianna Band and Cuban music great Fito Reinoso.
