No Age is indie rock duo Dean Spunt and Randy Randall. Formed in Los Angeles after the demise of Wives, No Age purvey a stripped, essential, life-affirming skewed take on pop delivered via a clearly defined punk rock aesthetic, taking in noise, energy and melody in equal measure.
The band has been a mainstay of The Smell (as volunteers and performers), a music venue in downtown Los Angeles known for its DIY ethic. No Age personifies DIY, touring as frequently as possible, playing untraditional venues (such as the LA River, a vegan grocery store, and a library), and doing everything on their own terms. On March 26, 2007, the band released five different limited edition 7"s on five different labels. Those singles went on to form their first full-length album Weirdo Rippers (Fat Cat). No Age was signed to Sub Pop and released its second album, Nouns, on May 6, 2008. On October 6, 2009 No Age will release a new 4-song EP entitled Losing Feeling.
