The Fresh & Onlys are an indie rock band which formed in San Francisco in 2008 by Tim Cohen of Black Fiction and bassist Shayde Sartin. The duo were later joined by Kyle Gibson and Wymond Miles. In their four years together, The Fresh & Onlys have been incredibly prolific, releasing four full-length albums as well as a number of EPs and singles for various labels. Their self-titled debut full-length was released in 2009 on Castle Face, and was followed later the same year by Grey-Eyed Girls (Woodsist). Their third album, Play It Strange (In the Red), came out in 2010 and not long after The Secret Walls EP (Sacred Bones) was released in the spring of 2011. Their latest album, Long Slow Dance, was released on September 4, 2012 for Mexican Summer and our own reviewers called it "shockingly good."
