A smorgasbord of American music as seen through the eccentric filter of the mind of one Crash Coffin. The skewed sense of humor here is reminiscent of Kinky Friedman or Commander Cody. Several rollicking country songs are interspersed between a few Presleyan rock 'n' roll revival numbers, a little funk, a little blues, etc.; the backing vocals and occasional kazoo add tongue-in-cheek touches to what is musically a very engaging record.
