The Miracle is the thirteenth studio LP by Queen; it was released by Parlophone (UK)/Capitol (US) in May of 1989. The group nearly fell apart after 1986’s A Kind of Magic; guitarist Brian May went through a painful divorce, while Freddie Mercury was diagnosed with HIV/AIDS. However, these traumas drew the band closer, resulting in The Miracle, their most cohesive album since 1980’s The Game. The carefree goofiness of late 70’s Queen has completely dissipated; here they confront their accomplishments and failures, and examine the state of the world. The triumphant single, “I Want It All,” was a worldwide smash, and The Miracle went to #1 in the UK and throughout Europe.		Buy $30.00
