Highlights include possibly the rockingest version of the traditional "John Henry" of all time, and a tender rendition of Elvis Costello's "Alison" with dramatic strings and the lead guitar of Amos Garrett. The lone nod to country music is the final track, originally by Merle Haggard's Strangers. Read More
