Superb sounding Blues classics sourced from the Mono 78. Scrapper Blackwell's solo sides from the 1930s and later showcase a "mellower" single note guitar style that is somoetimes cited as being more jazzy than straight Blues. And the issue there is? These two tracks highlight Blackwell as a transitional player in fine early form.
