Disclosure - Biography
Disclosure are an English electronic music duo featuring two brothers, 22-year old Guy Lawrence and 19-year old Howard Lawrence. They started releasing singles in the UK in 2010, and attracted more attention with their 2012 EP, The Face (Greco-Roman), which included a remix of "Running" that featured Jessie Ware on vocals. In October 2012, their single "Latch" hit number 11 on the UK Singles Chart. They followed it with two more singles, "White Noise" featuring AlunaGeorge and "You & Me," both of which charted even higher in the UK. Those three songs were collected in a 12" and CD aptly called Singles, which was released in April 2013.
Disclosure released their debut full-length album, Settle, in June 2013 through PMR in the UK and Interscope in the US. Settle debuted at number one on the UK Albums Chart and went on to be nominated for a 2013 Mercury Prize. In the US, Settle was nominated for a 2014 Grammy Award for Best Dance/Electronica Album.
