The Five Deadly Venoms have quickly and rightfully earned a reputation at the top of New York City’s vibrant bluegrass scene. The band is comprised of first-call instrumentalists and award-winning pickers who have come together to carve a fresh, exciting, and unique vision of American acoustic and Bluegrass music. Their self-titled debut album was made with three-time Grammy award-winning engineer Dave Sinko in Nashville and showcases the group's impressive vocal talent and serious musicality. This is a band you will not want to miss seeing.

In an effort to share their original compositions with bluegrass fans worldwide, The Five Deadly Venoms were featured on XM Satellite Radio's "The Loft" in the spring of 2008 as well as appearing on WKCR's 'Honky Tonkin." They are having success with a strong following at home in New York City, and wherever they play continue to pack rooms with fans eager to get a glimpse at their ever-expanding repertoire of original songs, killer singing, and spitfire improvisations.
