In an all acoustic show that was played solo for the most part, Badly Drawn Boy (Damon Gough) treated a large gathering of fans to an intimate suite of songs from his latest effort, "Born in the U.K.". Between songs he told stories and offered insights about lyrics,  the tour, and took an audience request. There is no doubt as to the degree of adoration this artist receives from his fans as many of them seemed held rapt within the very songs themselves. The songs differed somewhat from their album counterparts in that they were less pop and more folk in sound which further lent to the overall private, vignetted feeling of the show. A very
special appearance indeed.
