Comments:
Remasteredwith 5 bonus tracks.
Cheap Trick’s second LP didn’t dawdle – it came out in the same year as their debut, in 1977. The singles were excellent, and included “I Want You To Want Me/Oh Boy,” "Southern Girls/You're All Talk," and "So Good To See You/You're All Talk.” None of them charted in the US. However, In Color was a mammoth hit in Japan. The LP went gold, and “Clock Strikes Ten” went to #1. Eventually, Cheap Trick would tour Japan, encounter their own sort of Beatlemania, then return and conquer the US. One thing to know about In Color: Cheap Trick re-recorded the entire record with Steve Albini in 1998. Wow. It remains unreleased. |
