Account / Profile / Password

How Do I Update My Account Password?

Login to your account with your current username and password. Navigate to My Account > Account Overview. In the upper left of the page you will your Account Details. Click the "edit" link. Type in your new password and then retype it to confirm.

I Forgot My Username/Password. How Do I Retrieve It?

Click “login” at the top of the screen. There is a prompt to send your username to you via email and another one to reset your password.

How Do I Change/Update My Account?

Click “My Account” at the top of the screen. From there you can edit your payment information, shipping address, and contact information.

Can I Delete/Cancel My Account?

Will My Personal/Credit Card Information Be Secure?

Yes. We do not store personal information and credit card data on our own servers. All of this data is hosted with Authorize.net and follows strict Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) guidelines to protect cardholder data.

Can I Open an Online Account for My Underage Child?

You must be 13 years of age or older to register with Amoeba.com. If you are 13 years old or older but under the age of 18, you should review the Amoeba Terms & Conditions of Use (TCU) and with your parent or guardian to make sure that you and your parent or guardian understand the commitments within. Amoeba will only knowingly provide the Amoeba Services and sell products to parties that are able to lawfully enter into and form contracts. If you are under the age of 18, but at least 13 years of age, you may use an Amoeba.com account only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by the Amoeba TCU. Amoeba.com is not intended for children under the age of 13.

Can I Build a Wish List?

Yes. Our wish list allows you to bookmark items you want to purchase at a later date, including upcoming releases that have not been released yet or physical items that are currently unavailable. We will send you a message alert when an item from your wish list becomes available.

Can I Review an Album on Amoeba.com?

Yes, if you have registered with Amoeba.com you can review an album. After logging into your account, click into that album’s detail page to enter your review.
