Then we heard very little for a few years. Now they’ve resurfaced with their full-length debut When Fish Ride Bicycles, and it turns out it was worth the wait. When Fish Ride Bicycles is a smooth old-school joint with cameos from all over the map — Mayer Hawthorne, Travis Barker and an awesome appearance by Ghostface Killah on “Penny Hardaway” — that somehow coalesce without taking the spotlight away from MCs Chuck Inglish and Sir Michael Rocks, who, over minimal samples and Detroit techno-style synths, trade off laid-back rhymes about Whole Foods and Ray-Bans like a permastoned, hipstery OutKast.
