This is Amanda Blank's first solo full-length album. You may know her from the 2006 Spank Rock album YoYoYoYoYo or for her collaboration with Philadelphia pop group Sweetheart. On I Love You she sings as well as raps, all the while maintaining her fierce, rapid delivery and party attitude. The music combines hip hop beats with '80s dance, indie rock, synthesizers, and anything else to make your booty shake. The album was produced by Diplo, Switch, and XXXChange, and features guest appearances by Spank Rock, Santigold, Lykke Li, and the Cool Kids. If you like Peaches or Santigold, you're gonna like Amanda Blank!
